The book is an outcome of one of the Executive Intelligence Management Course Seminars organized by the Institute for Security Studies, Abuja aimed at broadening the intellectual and operational horizon of course participants, especially in such areas as elections, strengthening of Nigeria's democratic institutions and related contemporary issues.
